It’s interesting that out of all the things that the disciples saw Jesus do, the disciples ask Jesus to teach them to pray (Luke 11:1). Pray is not complicated, but it is hard. We have a hard time making our brain be quiet before the Lord.
People may seem still, but most of the time I would bet that our brains are worried about everything that we do not have control over. Take some time today to read through Psalm 139 and identify where you and where God has always been.
